Occupied Home Staging Consultation

Julie will come to your home/rental property or outdoor space and do an in-person walk & talk tour of the property.  Angel Staging reminds our clients that how we live in a home and how we decorate a house to sell are two completely different things. Julie will spend time with you discussing options to get your place “dressed to sell”. Together we will review curb appeal, entry welcome, decluttering, simplifying the floorplan,  furniture placement, art and accessories. The final part of our visit will be spent on the outside space; whether it’s a small deck or a large lanai & pool area, we want it to sparkle. 

$175 per hour - client takes notes. Detailed written report $50. 

Occupied Home Staging/Refresh

Angel Staging will come in and physically stage/refresh the home based on the written report. We can also provide additional furniture, art & accessories to make the property shine. 

Rate determined by the amount of time and supplies provided d- this can be quoted after the consultation.  

Vacant Home Staging

Angel Staging specializes in staging models and vacant homes. We turn them into “Got To Have This” properties. We use current styles and colors with neutral tones that appeal to all buyers and investors. We give a property heart and soul to appeal to the emotional side of all who view the home. When agents want to present the “Wow Factor,” they call us.

The rate for this type of staging varies depending on the size and style of the property. We are happy to do a free walkthrough to provide a price. We usually provide a 2 months rental fee in the initial staging fee, but this can be adjusted to however many months you require.

Day Home Redesign

Julie will work with you to create a fresh, functional and lovely living space. Julie will use your furniture and accessories and the new items you choose to include in the beautiful new look. We can also shop together online or at local retail stores. If you prefer, Julie can do the shopping for you.

$150 for the first hour and $55 per hour after that.

Purchasing Angel Staging Inventory

Many buyers love the way Angel Staging has staged a house they are viewing or buying and they often want to buy some or all of the furniture and accessories used. We can usually accommodate that and would happily quote prices if needed. 

Shopping Service

Many people don’t have the time or the desire to shop for items for the home. Julie can do that for them. She can work with you to create a budget & timeline and then take care of everything else for you.

$55 per hour.
